We don’t offer refunds. If you believe you have been mistyped, you can work with our Certified Enneagram Coach to debrief your results. If you and the Coach agree that this is a mistype, your Coach can provide the opportunity to retake the iEQ9. This must be complete within a 3-month window from the original iEQ9 assessment.
